Hi Hugh, Thanx for doing my homework for me - you went wayyyy beyond what I expected - thanks very much! I too was surprised at just how many shares Ed Bramson has! I had read that he had about 2.8M. The fact that he has so many (8M+) and the added fact that NO insider has yet sold, is obviously a proclamation by the insiders in the viability (long-term) of AXC. Also, if Bramson only owns AXC; recall that I believe that MSFT was all that Bill Gates ever owned. Not saying that AXC is an MSFT, but, again, if the CEO (part-time or not) believes in the company, others should also. Regardless, $45M (at present prices) is an awful lot to risk - his or not. The 160K salary is pretty menial for a CEO, IMHO. We have factory managers in some of the Fortune 20 companies who are making a lot more base salary than that! Options and stock loans nothwithstanding, I believe he is putting his character forward, when he could just as easily milk this co. and escape -- I've seen and have been witness to this also!
Thanks again, Hugh. I will also try and dig when I can to find even more definition on the "?" 5%'ers...
Take care, best regards,
