The delay coupled with the SEC scrutiny tells me that they are being: MUY CUIDADO. For those of you unfamiliar with espanol the translation it is, VERY CAREFUL.
I was in Uruguay, with extremely limited spanish skills, in my younger but not more adventurous days.
I was driving to a bus station with someone in a small Blue Fiat and as I opened the passenger door she yelled, CUIDADO, (excuse the caps, quotation marks are not accessible here).
A bus slammed into my passenger door and crunched it like an accordion. When I returned to Detroit, I saved the dollars necessary to pay for the body work. I learned the the meaning of cuidado forever. I must have sent them a few extra Dollars because they wrote to tell me I was now family to them.
Back to subject, common sense dictates managements course, with the SEC breathing down their necks, they had better be conservative or at the very least, accurate in their reserves estimates.
Of course, I could be completely wrong in reading this situation... so far my instincts in my life have been proven true, I will follow them in this venture and wait until my intuition is proven wrong.
