those people are taking care of themselves.. the point is gov is out of control. expanding at a rapid pace to appointment more people into positions there is just not enough work. Then again you have 40% of those who do not pay any taxes what incentive for them to be concerned about the expansion of gov when they do not pay for it. Next you have Obama tax package that will give retirees the first $50,000 income free of federal tax.

The system is feeding on itself as the those who do not pay taxes are beginning to outnumber those that do and hence you get these pay for support jobs in gov.

ps most of those who left jobs for gov. became unproductive. we lost productivity.
