go to cboe.com go to "delayed quotes' and just put in VNTV. The symbol is qtz e.g. qtzbb for February 10's. b=10 and b= feb as well. The only 15 I see is for March, the bid is 5/16 and the ask is 1/2. I tried to sell some Feb 10's today for 1 1/4, but I don't think I got filled.
