Gentlepersons of the Iomega faith of which I am a member. I have one question for all of you. I was recently surfing the net and failed to find the Zip drive mentioned by any of the computer manufacturers web sites. Micron Electronics is offering the Ditto and the Jaz but not the Zip. Acer, HP and IBM do not mention the Zip drive in any of the web based literature. What is the basis for our conclusions that they are supporting the Zip Drive? Is it pure rumor? or a "knowledge" rumor? I can only hope that it is true, I am very concerned about the hype. Hype drives the markets in frenzies which may result in 20 point spurts but they sputs usually result in 30 point drops. Please advise. . .
