While many have done that, with a result to equal initial quest, it only works when there is enough discontent on the board such that those wanting the change on the board will leave said board and migrate to the newly made board once asked change is denied.

While currently the board aches not for a moderator, as all is quiet on the global front, better is to be fully able to satisfy a call to action when the coming storm arrives.
