HI Marc & All,

I agree. All it said was that as of Monday he would start, meaning as
of Monday he is in position to buy. Meaning once again anytime after yesterday
he can/will buy back when he deems necessary.

Now if I can conject here. It would only seem logical that he would buy up
all the cheap stock. Then again what is cheap stock?????? If the stock was
at the ask at 3 and I decided to sell 2.50 stock, would that be cheap or
would it be someone just trying to get out because I needed some cash.????

I think Tom will buy back what he feels is necessary to keep the stock stable
once the cheap stuff is gone. Right now I think the market will take care of the
cheap stuff.
