As long as the corporate charter has not been revoked or cancelled or whatever they do when they burn the refuse, there is still the prospect of the shell being recycled. Even if it looks like a trailer park after a tornado (which it Gandog does), the fact that it has public owners is of some value. Storage Computer (SOS.A) went public this way. You merge with the shell and get instant public listing without the high cost of an IPO. I thought it would be a possibility for my company but the Canadian registration is a bit too much to deal with. A Canadian private company would be a better bet to use this approach.
