Y2K - a contrarian view. I understand and believe 'the enterprise' will freeze software changes / spending in 2H99 to some degree. I wonder, though, how many small businesses / consumers haven't done one thing about Y2K and, in a panic, will quickly upgrade everything in Q4 to be sure they have the latest & greatest Y2K compliant stuff - we're talking Win3.1 users finally hitting the wall here - a very sophisticated Y2K plan!. Thoughts?
