Sorry Marc.... Although I too have lost a great deal through this stock, (LUMA<RICI<ICVI) I dont think they have done anything wrong. They had a new bussiness, it failed and we lose out. It sucks when they fail but that is real life. Now our only hope is that ICVI can put a new deal together. P.S if you have a good lawyer and are willing to pay a great deal for this case, I would gladly take your side, as long as it wouldnt cost me any more. j
