Not really when you look at the volumes. Nobody wants this stock because they've never even heard of it (thanks to the exceptional PR work of Chubb & co.). The people who do have it won't part with it at these prices because they are speculating on the future worth. So if you're the Market Maker with a warehouse of paper nobody wants... you drop the price. I am surprised there isn't more volume after we picked up some analyst coverage though.
