Close, but not quite complete. Since you are trying to calculate tangible assets per common share, you also need to subtract from tangible assets, minority interests of $874M and preferred stock liquidation value of $3,519M.

This leaves net tangible assets at a deficit (1,391-874-3,519) of $3,002. Or $3.39/sh.
