Don,
VTSS stabilized at around $31. WHY?

As I understand it the underwriter has to ensure that a stock trades at or above the release price for any new issue for at least a few days so that the new issue is absorbed into the market without causing any over supply. Is this whats going on with VTSS at the moment?

I dont understand how such a volatile stock can suddenly stabilize. Any thoughts / information on the future trading range for this stock are greatly appreciated.
