Good to hear you like ATML, I'm a shareholder.

To my question:

I was recently reading a March Financial World article about USRX. Do you forsee the ISDN or ADSL or cable modems having any real significance in the next few years? According to the article, USRX's CEO said that USRX is focusing on analog now because most cables transmit analog (100-150 million), where there are only a few for ISDN (1-2 million). He did state they are looking at ISDN for the future to be a big opportunity, but the infrastructure is not there yet. Do you have any idea about this?

Additionally:
1. What threat is there from Ascend's technology?
2. What threat do you think about ASDL (Amati)?
3. What about cable modems?, I read USRX is in prime position to
switch to it in time.
