Innocent civilians were slaughtered in this "wag the dog"
attempt to deflect attention from his overactive johnson.

The few cruise missiles fired into Afghanistan wiped out a
few empty tents & a couple of camels. This was the height
of Slick Willie's bold actions in the war on terror.

But then prior to all of this, Bill Clinton turned down an
offer from the Sudanese government to arrest and hand over
Osama bin Laden. No weapons would have been necessary to
take OBL into custody.
