MN is looking like an easier capture for McCain than either IA or WI. However, none of these three is likely to be a tipping point state, i.e. a state on which the outcome of the election hinges. In other words, if McCain wins any of these three states, he will more than likely be winning the overall election rather comfortably. Ditto for PA.
