Flattening the competition in surveying, the most profitable market, well connected with the US government, has the strongest patent position.

While I agree with all that, after holding patiently for seven years, I would like to see more professionalism on the manufacturing and financial side. In other words, expand the Board by a couple of positions with outsiders from larger operations. It can only help.
