Well, on the one hand, I like tough talk against terrorists. If we could round them all up in the desert, I'd have no problem nuking them.

The problem with Chirac's statement against Iran is this. We're all trying to get Iran NOT to build nukes. To threaten to nuke them if they support terror seems to draw attention to the benefits of having nukes...namely, that you can blackmail other countries with annihilation if they don't do what you want. So that is why I call Chirac moronic. He's about as diplomatically adept as Bush is, which is to say not at all.
