Right you are Tony, finally found it by running down ownership of Matson by looking into Hawaii's largest private landowners, Now we have 3 of the 7 touted by Algoa.com: TRC, TPL, and ALEX, all having substantial land holdings with huge land holdings undervalued on their books, all look like good addtions to the godchildrens' portfolios...thanks jim black
