**Vari-L Company Announces Formation of Special Litigation Committee it is about time!**

Interestingly, it occurred at the very first Board Meeting where the directors who are presently serving outnumbered those who were serving when the problems happened. Coincidence?

I have heard that there is a serious effort to pursue those responsible. Unfortunately, the SEC is way ahead of the company in the "pecking order" for Mr. Sherman.

Kudos to Chuck Bland and the rest of the new management for this effort. Does anyone miss Pete Pappas? <gg>
