good to read you over here.... sorry about sts.... anyway, all four entities are excel related at a minimum.... windsor is the bank that richard bullock is president of and the reason why he had to leave as director of krt..... this financing takes care of krt's side (most of it) of the strategic alliance and explains a few other things.... thank you very much for the info saul, i hope krt and gdrs get together sooner rather than later.....
