David, I've been holding RB since September and haven't been thrilled with them so far. I keep telling myself to be patient. The share price has wandered between 26 and 31 most of the time. RB's latest quarterly earnings looked great, and based on estimates for 1997, RB is priced much lower than most other drillers. My favorite since September has been Cliffs - I have nearly doubled since then with them. They still look great. But RB puzzles me. I hope if they decide to buy someone else, they don't end up paying too much and tank the stock value. After all, most drilling companies that would be takeover targets are not going to come cheap to RB or anyone else.
