Kevin,

The process of merging will not begin until after KNH announces its acquisition. Upon this happening, it will take a few months to complete the legal(shareholder approval is also needed) and fair value studies.

KNH is beginning to firm up as it was trading up to $1.50 and last offered at $1.80. I'd like to think that this is partly due to an imminent announcement. We shall see.
