Jenna,

Individual Investor Group is growing Advertising Revenues at close to 100% per year and should do it again in 1997. AMAZINGLY, AT $6 PER SHARE, THEY ARE TRADING AT CLOSE TO THEIR 52 WEEK LOW.

IMO, here are the reasons to invest in INDI now:

Individual Investor now has circulation of 425,000 and was named one of ad weeks top 10 magazines. This should help them attract additional advertising and drive publishing into profitability in 97.

INDI has now launched II Online. The potential advertising revenues from a successful web-site are staggering.

Money Mangement has been a drag on earnings. Small Cap stocks are starting to show some life and may contribute to earnings as they did in 95, instead of providing a drag as they have recently.

Pete
