Goodness has the knife hit the floor yet?

You obviously follow this stock, do you have any information about Mercator the company that PGEN bought out? Is this one of those company's that no one is following and consequently is undervalued. One little deal and they will be trading at a big discount to book. The very low volume suggest to me that there is nothing wrong, - no sellers but also no buyers.

Any info you can pass along will be appreciated as I am the proud owner of PGEN.
