No, the deal is not dead, Syd. The only place in the world that KPI can go immediately for commercially viable processors is GOE. Their press release is going to look stupid, if not fraudulent, if they don't close on their contract with GOE pretty quick. Personally, I think KPI was stalling closure until the Conoco-International deal was firm. Reading between the lines, I think that Conoco must have thought that the GOE processors were a major part of their deal with KPI. It may be that the little bit of light really is the end of the tunnel we have been in for the last three years. =+=+=Norm
