You can check warning letters at www.fda.gov and then go to the FOIA icon. The most recent one on there is from 6/11/98, and I checked under P, but I didn't see PPDI there.

I sold out a week or two back with a profit because of all of the insider selling plus the company's bad record of meeting earnings estimates.
