Duncan, I read an article about the distribution between cable modems, XDSL, and satellites in 2002. The article forecasted that in the United States, cable would have have about 60% of the market with XDSL and satellites picking up the remainder. Seeing as the cable business is already in motion I believe the RBOCs will see the light and get busy. I sure hope so. If there is one thing that will regenerate the computer business in total it will be a high speed internet link.
