Abi, Wizard has pointed out the details of the warrants, but did
not mention that the company can call them if the stock hits
$7.80. They were overprice when OSFT was trading for $5-6,
and are probably even more overpriced now.

Let me know if you are seriously considering them--I'll put the
numbers in my valuation program. If you're interested in the company,
the common is a better play than the warrants. Besides, the warrants
have tended to trade at such excessive spreads, that it's hader to
make money on them than the common, which has been a challenge itself.

My concern about any potential financing is that it will be at a
significant discount to the market and the underwriters will skim off
10+% in fees plus warrants for their efforts.

Methinks OSFT needs a more reputable, less greedy underwriter.
