David: Great and very informative reading. WWWX, "The E-Bay of Corp-Re-sale by Auction" Cool!

I was at a auction last summer and the firm sold 2.6 million of mfg. equipment and the auction house
took a small 12.5% commission on the total sale. The firm paid for the advertising on top of the
commission.

Went to another one of 5 HARDEE'S Stores that closed. The Auction firm took 15% for the sale and
they charged a 5% bidders prm. on top of the standard fee. There were two men who came in from
N.Y.C. and they prurchesed about 60% of the large equipment. I asked one if there was a market
in doing the buy sell thing and the fellow said he made over a half mill last year in re-sale.

I agree this service is greatly needed in the U.S.A., Canada and the rest of the World.

There was a company on the net who was buying used telephone switches from the RBOC's and selling
them to 3rd world nations for a large profit. Just another case of the middle man as you said.

Regards, Long WWWX, God Bless.
