HGSI has successfully broadened its research consortium from just SKB
to include Schering,Synthelabo and Merc. The more folks working with
HGSI's data base the better chance for the development of
commerfcially viable drugs. Look for HGSI to add one more
partner to this group over the coming months.

These changes are bigger than investors realize.
Now instead of just SKB pouring over its library, there are
4 other companies The chances for eventually developing marketable
drugs increases drtamatically.

HGSI will receive royalties on all such products.

It will be dollars from that source that will drive the price
of the stock in the coming years.
