Anybody short this puppy today?

I'm showing 3 million shrs traded today and a close near the low at 12-1/2.

My guess, HIRE is primed for a stellar short squeeze -- Three Stooges trying to get out the door at the same time and all that. Know what I mean?

Think about it, there are some 4.7 million shrs in the float. We've had 4.8 million shrs trade above 12-1/2 in the last two days. Some of these are obvious shorts others are holding for higher prices.

All we need is a low volume day, MM and brokers buying to cover their borrowed stock, and we are off to the races. The door won't be big enough for Moe, let alone Curly or Larry.

BTW, call your broker and see if he has any shares you can short. You'll have a better picture of the situation.

BTW2, this is a test of who gives first, the longs or the shorts. The shorts are betting the longs will sell so they can cover their positions. IOW, everybody has a say in how this will get worked out.
