Robert,

It may have been halted right near the open. I saw a couple trades for a few thousand shares and then nothing for quite a while. Then suddenly the 1.8 million shares. CNBC also said after the market had opened that it looked like EDS would open between 42 and 43 (as if it might be delayed). Merrill, who downgraded to neutral last week, now has it as an accumulate, feeling it has been oversold.
