Thanks Dale...bring some hot ideas with you. TMRK is trying to do a little gap up this AM. It is said that the announcement of a buyout will come after the close of trading today. The rumored buyout price is between 14 and 16. (I have also seen between 12 and 16) This information comes from a writer by the name of Dan Cox of Variety Magazine. He wrote of a buyout about a month ago if I am not mistaken, but in this latest article said that the buyout had taken longer than expected, but that the deal was agreed on. I have not seen this article myself...and have just been gathering the information from other investors and posters on various threads, so keep in mind that this is hearsay. The company also has the #10 (tie) movie out this summer....Held up.

biz.yahoo.com

It currently boasts a market cap of 36.7 million with a P/E of 17.71. At a buyout price of 12, the company would be sold for roughly 55 million dollars...or about 65% of sales (rough) The float is 1 million shares.

Rumored suitors are Lion's gate and BMG. I beleive the article has Lion's Gate as the suitor. If the stock rallies, there may be opportunity to own free stock, or for the diehard gamblers...you could wait to see the outcome.
