Just a quick note regarding Legacy. It certainly appears to be in a
niche market-one that is probably under rated. However, the share
structure is a little bit fuzzy. It appears that, when fully diluted,
there is anywhere from 45,000,000 to 55,000,000 shares outstanding.
With that level of capitalization a high level of sales will be required
to generate high share value....It's just a thought.
