We know that atmospheric cosmic ray flux is higher now than at any time in human history. If you started at the beginning of this thread (if you didn't...go...back...start...at...1), you can easily see from just this chart that this is necessarily true since the Earth's own magnetic field is weakening due to the magnetic pole reversal now underway.

The chart below shows that without the pole reversal, cosmic ray counts would be close to long term highs due to the weakening of the sun's magnetic field only.
Add the pole shift's effects to what is obvious from the chart.

The drop-off into THIS cold period is going to be MUCH faster than any previous drop-off.
Also remember what this means for earthquakes and volcanoes. Volcanoes in particular...they cause nuclear winter type conditions and the process of cooling leapfrogs ahead a couple stages in 2 weeks.


Personally, I'll consider it a miracle if any semblance of "normal" remains by year end.
