CHPS earnings beat the street estimates by 6 cents.
If the revenue created through the sale of real estate (+4 cents) was
taken into account they still beat the streat by 2 cents.

Hamberg and Quest recently upgraded CHPS.

Yes, there is a supply problem. Yes, a major institution sold their
stake. The current instutional holding is only about 10% less than
it was a few months back.

I purchased this stock at 11 on the recommendation of my broker last
summer before semi drop. I admit that I'm rather dissapointed in the
performance of the stock. But, the company seems to be moving in the
right direction.
