Kevin, They should be announcing the date and time for the annual shareholder meeting fairly soon, probably along with the release of the annual results. Don't know if there is anything we can do to censure/penalize the company's management. I believe the press release does mean that trading in Luminart will not resume until September 24 at the earliest. Like you, I am very frustrated about the way the management keep delaying the release of financial results. I suppose part of that is "growing pains" as explained by the comapny, but part of that is definitely ineffective management. I hope they will learn to treat shareholders better. Otherwise, they may have to look for a new breed of shareholders every so often. With this cease order, it will probably take longer for the share price to recover, but if the business is really performing as claimed at this juncture (with many positive news announcements on the wings), we should see much higher prices next year. There have not been much trading during these past weeks. I guess most folks in the stock now have a long horizon. I really think patience will eventually pay off here. Best of Luck, Kit
