MBNA is not licesnes in 50 states to sell insurance. Their goal is get licensed in all 50 states by the end of the year. Also they are groing very rapidly and are also consolidating their work force in the Downtown Wilmington complex except for the insurance business which currently resides in the old Columbia Gas building. I would buy the stock on dips near thirty. Like most issues, it is very near all time high. There are still much upside potential though.
