I found out that the CEO selling was primarily due to tax-selling to pay for the profits he made earlier, and he had to sell of last of his deep in the money options which were going to expire anyway. In third quarter of 96 many new fund managers took a position in the company, so all in all it looks neutral to slightly positive. I guess we will have to wait for another two weeks for any further development.
