Thanks for the information on those diluted shares. I've been an interested bystander and then shareholder of JOES since December of 98. I know about Eat At Joes restaurants and their food and service by asking questions and getting information from the company.

My question to shareholders is this: Are any of you patrons of Koo Koo Roo restaurants or Koo Koo Roo shareholders? Mr Fiore's acquistion of these restaurants for Canada is quite a feat, IMO.

I had been a shareholder of Koo Koo Roo restaurants since 1994. I had met and conversed with the former President, Ken Berg. His vision for the company and growth were good in those early years. Koo Koo Roo's share price went from 5/8-$10+ over a period of 4 years. The share price started to slide in 1996-97. The reason IMO was because of too rapid a expansion and the dilution of shares outstanding.

Mr Berg started with something like 4-5 restaurants and expanded to over 30 in 4 years. (approximations). Out of those locations, some didn't bring in as much income as others and had to be closed. Each restaurant closing cost the company over 2 million dollars. Shares outstanding were around 25-30 million but were increased to 179 million. (approximation). The rest of the story you should check out at their website. The stock symbol is now PDIM. They have reorganized and are doing well (quality wise), still those 179 million shares outstanding makes one wonder-Reverse split?

Regarding Eat At Joes- I've talked to Mr Fiore and believe he can make this company grow, slowly but surely.

It seems to me he's hired good people with expertise in their field.

Joes needs to be careful where the locations of these Koo Koo Roo restaurants go. Hopefully he can get Canada Koo Koo over the food. It's really quite tasty and relatively inexpensive. There are lots of locations all over California.

Slowly but surely will be just fine. Positive earnings and summer/fall is made for good eating business. The restaurant business is a risky one, but Joes business menu for Eat At Joes looks good to me. All IMHO.

Good luck to all JOES shareholders out in cyberspace!
