I don't know. There was a release that had gone out on QDEK that said that they had to get there price up or they were in danger of being delisted. I read somewhere that NASDAQ was cracking down on stocks whose prices remained below $1 for a certain (?) period of time. I am sure that someone on this board knows more than I ... anyone?
