I cannot believe that the Trout, in agreeing to this merger, screwed himself and his stockholders out of millions of dollars. If this merger ratio holds you can look for a massive class action suit from the stockholders of ECI, including me. Mr. Trout must have received a massive incentive to give up so much in present value to make this deal which is so detrimental to the investors in Excel. K
