The only people who deserve to retire according to the Obammunists are SEIU members and maybe the Bell, CA board of supervisors. It's like the closing line in Animal House, "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others." SS coulda been tweaked 5, 10, 15, or 20 years ago. It still can, but there will be hell to pay for current incumbents waiting so long, then stepping on the proverbial 3rd rail.
