SteveG - I have a friend in Mission Viejo who has COX cable internet service. You are right about the pricing and promises. But when I used it it was nowhere close to 1.5 meg. It felt only a little faster than my 28.8. Of course I will have to really sepnd some time testing it before I can say for sure. And I will have to find out how many cusotmers are accessing at the time of my test.
