Chris, Glad to know you/we're aboard. The main question I had about MRPS using Ultrasonics name has been answered. If MRPS has been/continues to use Ultrasonics name and they registered it "before" CTRL, it would be very difficult for CTRL to win the name in a court of law. Where I had doubts yesterday, in putting the pieces of the puzzle together: SPX supplier, GM and Ford contracts (I spoke to the GM purchasing agent), Jasperengines/Nascar connection, Actual contract negotiations, etc. Right now, I'm definately long, and I'd say 85%/15% on the positive.
