Dwight, I'M not sure about the principal behind AUTOSCOPE it was mentioned that it is cleaner than a hologram. The VRD system works by tracking the center of the eye and determining where the eye is focused. I would be an awesome task to determine where each eye is looking, I will bet that this system employs a minimum of two projection scanners mounted at an angle away from the viewer, the image is first conceived and constructed by the viewers eyes and the brain combines them to form a 3d picture. this is FAR OUT, the immediate application I see is windowless rear view mirrors in a car and a natural heads up display for an auto that is unobtrusive. How can you put a PE on this stock, the imagination is the limit. There is not one daily task that I can think of that would not benefit from VRD in some form.
