James Till the merger takes place prices will fluctuate based on investors biases. I saw it happen in MCIC after BTY announced merger/acquisition, then changed their price. Fortunately Worldcomm came to its rescue. Still MCIC is $5 below the proposed acquisition price. Arbs take advantage of this. They of course have full understanding and patience. Ratan
