Things are pretty quiet out there for PRLN and the market in general. However, I see several interesting events occurring over the next 1-4 months which should move the stock (some are speculative, I know): (1) Announcement of Phase I results for PN355,1 AIDS trial (2) Dr Babish's conference call regarding the molecular mechanism of PN355,1 towards inhibiting AIDS replication in T-cells. (3) A scientific paper on the above? Someone mecntioned this in a previous post. (4) Begin Phase II trials for PN355,1? As long as Phase I looks good, which is likely. (5) Announce results of large-scale compassionate-use clinical trial for PN277,1 for various cancers. Very exciting if positive. (6) IND filing for the above? Begin traditional Phase I trials? This will depend on how positive (5) is. (7) Partnership with a larger pharmaceutical company? Purely speculation, but as PRLN gets further along it will need more $$. If only a few of these come off positive the stock should increase. Any comments? Rick
