/C O R R E C T I O N -- The American Stock Exchange/
2001-11-01 17:12 (New York)

In the news release, Amex to Trade Options on Four Securities, issued
earlier today by The American Stock Exchange over PR Newswire, we are advised
by the company that the fourth bullet point in the first paragraph should
read
"InVision Technologies, Inc. (Option Symbol: FQQ/Nasdaq: INVN)" rather than
"InVision Technologies, Inc. (Option Symbol: UWT/Nasdaq: INVN)." Also, the
fifth paragraph, second sentence should read "The options will trade on the
January expiration cycle, with initial expirations in November, December,
January and April" rather than "The options will trade on the March
expiration
cycle, with initial expirations in November, December, March and June." as
issued inadvertently.
